Having relieved much of her own pain and discomfort through the connection practices of Yoga, she wishes to share these potent techniques with all who wish to reduce their suffering.
Alyssa Ploessl
Alyssa has been a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor since 2015, and is currently in the process of earning her 300-Hour certification. She is experienced in teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Kid’s Yoga.

Jo is the co-founder of what was once Wishing Tree Studio in 2019. Now at Main Street Yoga - Oregon, Jo steps in for many classes and regularly leads Community Yoga on Thursday evenings! Her special interests are hands, feet, pain-free movement, functional mobility and healthy aging, as well as working with at-risk youth.

In her professional life, Katie is an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a mental health setting, where she utilizes yoga as a tool to help her clients enhance self-regulation, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interoceptive awareness.

Micole’s classes tend to ebb and flow somewhere between Vinyasa and Hatha style flows, with modifications to help meet you on the mat wherever you happen to find yourself that day!
