Sandra (Sandy) Lawrence brings over 25 years of yoga practice and a passion for creating inclusive, accessible classes to her teaching.
Certified through Ulu Yoga in Bali, Sandy has practiced and trained in multiple yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hot Yoga and restorative practices. She incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques in every practice.
Sandy challenges advanced practitioners while creating supportive spaces for those exploring their practice with curiosity and compassion.
Sandy believes yoga is for everyone and offers options for all levels! Drawing from her background in organizational wellness and years of personal practice, she emphasizes the vital connection between physical practice and mental well-being, helping students develop both strength and mindfulness on and off the mat.
