We are a Nonprofit.

Main Street Yoga is a collective of teachers, studios and schools brought together by the charitable and spiritual organization, The Spiritual Life Society, a 501(c)3. Our unified goal is to promote self-discovery, healing, comfort and growth through educational and body-based practices like yoga, mediation, Kitran, dance and more. We endeavor to hold space for all activities that help our local communities find connection to self and others in a non-violent and compassionate way. All are welcome to practice.

We thank all of our members and any paying student who contributes to this mission of ours.

If you would like to help us further our work and make sure our community has a place that is consistent, safe, accessible, and comfortable for engaging in self and community-care, please consider donating to The Spiritual Life Society (SLS). Your donation to us is 100 percent tax deductible.

  • “Main Street Yoga is such an incredible place to practice. While all yoga studios have their strengths, I have stayed with Main Street because of the wonderful instructors and the variety of classes offered. Smaller class sizes mean the practice can be tailored to individual needs, whether that's pace/intensity of the practice or working on a specific area of concern. I love that I can join a Slow Flow class for more traditional yoga postures, or select a Somatics class where I am always learning new breathing techniques and unique ways to move my mind and body. I highly recommend trying out a class (or two or many) here!”

  • "Amazing local studio with wonderful classes and teachers! They do a great job here and it's nice to have a small, intimate setting for classes too versus lots and lots of people like some of the bigger spaces do. Check it out if you're curious about it, you'll be glad you did."
