Rachel Gunder
Rachel is a RYT-200 with certifications in trauma-informed teaching and somatic embodiment.
She is a warm and loving presence with passions for nature, art, animals, mental health, and fitness.
During her classes, Rachel offers gentle and more heated options to the traditional asanas with the use of a variety of props.
Yoga makes me feel seen, heard and loved no matter if I am all by myself or in the studio surrounded by community.
Students can expect to explore anatomical alignment, meditation, and pranayama., yogic philosophy, poetry, scents, and hands-on assists when consent is given.
It is her belief that, since yoga is about listening to the body, the breath and the spirit, it truly is for everyone. Rachel encourages her students to always listen to their own wisdom over her suggestions. She is your guide, but YOU are your teacher.
