Berenice Wiecki-Dhellemme

Just as Berenice became an adult, she was diagnosed with health issues that would drive her physical and mental wellbeing for the foreseeable future. In years of dealing with multiple clotting episodes, and most recently a PE and DVT at the beginning of 2020, she is grateful to be alive.

The best of yoga practice is in the now.

Working through it all over the years, yoga became the one thing that would have a positive effect on her whole being. She could feel and see her breathing change and enhance her connection to her physical body.

As Berenice grew deeper in her practice, she made the leap to train as a teacher. She wanted to keep learning. She got her 200 hour certification and with these tools was able to continue her growth.

She came to realize that in helping herself, she can help others too. She shares with students her learnings of breath, movement, and steadiness.

A healthy mind-body connection is the beginning to understand ourselves and beyond. Wherever we come from, once on the mat, it is a new space that allows us to be present with ourselves. One moment, one breath at a time.

When not on the mat, you can look for Berenice deep in the woods, on the water, in all the nooks and crannies off the beaten path. Exploring new places on this earth, always on the hunt for a good photo, a good adventure, and a good meal.
