Blair’s yoga journey began ten years ago in Marshall, Texas, where she discovered yoga as more than just physical movement—it became a source of peace, mindfulness, and strength in her life.
After becoming a mother in 2019, her practice grew even more intentional, teaching her the value of patience, presence, and self-compassion.
In 2023, Blair completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Amy Pearce-Hayden in Madison, Wisconsin, building on her 15 years as an educator in Texas.
