Alyssa Ploessl
Alyssa has been a certified yoga instructor since 2015, and is currently in the process of earning her 300-Hour certification. She is experienced in teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Kid’s Yoga.
Annie Louis
Annie became a yoga teacher to deepen her understanding of anatomy and alignment and to encourage health, wellbeing and mindfulness in her community. Her favorite styles to teach are Slow Flow Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.

Berenice came to realize that in helping herself, she can help others too. She shares with students her learnings of breath, movement, and steadiness.

With roots in the Midwest, heart in the mountains, and adventures spanning the globe, Erin brings an inclusive traveler's perspective to teaching . Her style is tailored to the Western mind through present moment awareness and calm focus.
Katie Kane
In her professional life, Katie is an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a mental health setting, where she utilizes yoga as a tool to help her clients enhance self-regulation, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interoceptive awareness.
Merissa Erb
Merissa loves to help people begin their strength-training journey and build confidence in themselves through intentional movement, whether that is on the mat or in the gym!
Micole Gauvin
Micole’s classes tend to ebb and flow somewhere between Vinyasa and Hatha style flows, with modifications to help meet you on the mat wherever you happen to find yourself that day!
Nichole North-Hester
Nichole’s classes are much like her own practice - steady, grounding, and strong. During your time together, you will focus on the breath, move together, and better know and love yourselves.
Rachel Gunder
During her classes, Rachel offers gentle and more heated options to the traditional asanas with the use of a variety of props. Students can expect to explore anatomical alignment, meditation, and more.
