Her classes focus on creating a supportive space where students can slow down, reconnect, and build strength with awareness.

Therese’s yoga journey began in 2002 when she was introduced to Bikram Yoga. She practiced exclusively for eight years, drawn to the intensity and focus of the heated room. When her studio closed, she began exploring a variety of styles and teachers, which deepened her understanding of yoga as more than just a physical practice.

She discovered that gentle, slow-flow yoga felt the most restorative and energizing for her body and mind, and that is the foundation of her teaching today. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in June 2025 with Alex Pfeiffer through 21st Century Yoga on the Mat.

She hopes each student leaves her classes feeling grounded, empowered, and able to carry a sense of calm and balance into their everyday life.
