Annie began her yoga journey more than 20 years ago as a dancer in college. Since then, she has deepened her practice and found the remarkable benefits of an ongoing meditation practice.
She became a yoga teacher to deepen her understanding of anatomy and alignment and to encourage health, wellbeing and mindfulness in her community.
Annie’s favorite styles to teach are Slow Flow Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Meditation that connect breath to movement and root the mind in the present.
