Emily Basham

Emily is a yoga instructor with a passion for helping people feel grounded, calm, and connected to their bodies. She is a certified 200-hour teacher with specialties in Yin Yoga, and Restorative practices, and she focuses a lot on nervous system regulation in the way she teaches.

Her classes are a mix of slow flow, stretch & restore, and yin—designed to support relaxation, mobility, and mindfulness.

Emily believes healing can be gentle, joyful, and deeply empowering..

She teaches both in-person and online, and her goal is always to create a space that feels supportive, soothing, and welcoming, no matter where you’re at in your practice or in life.

Right now, her teaching offerings blend yoga, breathwork, and nervous system care. She is all about moving with intention, finding peace in the present moment, and making space to just be.

Outside of yoga, you’ll probably find her chasing sunshine, dreaming about beach life, or hiking with her pup.
