Somatics: Small, slow, specific movements designed for neuromuscular reducation using sensory/motor feedback loops. Mindfully unwinding tension safely to improve mobility.
Restorative Breath: Gentle breathing exercises based on functional movement patterns improve stability and efficiency.
Classic Yoga Asana: Postures and sequences designed to build strength in long and short ranges of muscles/joints to enhance active mobility.
Mindfulness: Guided meditation, polyvagal nerve theory and breathing exercises support stress relief and regulation of the central nervous system.
Yoga Therapy: Practices designed for you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing.

Sessions are scheduled in 3 sessions including an Introductory Session with Intake (90 min) and 2 Follow Up Sessions (60 min).
