Range of Motion in Downward Dog pose
This fourth week we bring our focus to Downward Dog. You will experience the feeling of diaphragmatic breathing, find comfort laying on the floor, and explore another foundational movement of Somatics: Side Curl.
Mindful somatic movements will be explored for mobility, along with movement fluidly from hands and knees to downward dog. We invite you into this practice that encourages finding the ‘just right’ movement and posture for your unique body, and personal freedom and agency is the exploration – which is fundamental for therapeutic benefit.
