FREE Pop Up Class: Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the class to just simply be with yourself and breathe. During this class, you can expect to use lots of props, like bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows, and more, to help provide enough support to allow your body to fully release in various poses. All postures are low to the ground and the idea is to get comfortable.

Who is Teri? Teri is a watercolor artist alongside a yoga teacher., She's drawn to gentle, restorative styles, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra - that create space for deep rest, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and adaptable to every body, much like a blank page is open to whatever wants to emerge. Whether she's holding space on the mat or mixing color on paper, Teri's goal is the same: to help people feel safe enough to explore, experiment, and rediscover what feels nourishing and true to them.
