First Session: Thursday, Sept 17th, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM CT

Each month we will join together online to watch and discuss sections of the extensive visual journey of Ayurveda Unveiled. This film contains thoughtful interviews, historical context, illustration of teachings, demonstrations of therapies and practices, and meditative views of the natural world, which relate to Ayurveda.

Future sessions will happen on Thursdays Online 6:30 - 8:00pm Oct 29, Nov 12, Dec 3, and Jan 7.

Ali Zuba is a student of Yoga and meditation (15+ years). She is a certified Hatha Vinyasa teacher and trainer (RYT-500, YACEP), as well as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in SomaYoga, and the wisdom teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga and the Himalayan Tradition.
