Yoga has not only been Jen’s asana practice on the mat but has flowed into all aspects of her life, allowing her to bring greater love, compassion, and patience towards herself and others.

Yoga has transformed Jen’s life over the last 20+ years. She started practicing yoga in 2001 to help mitigate chronic back and hip pain. As she encountered various life experiences, her practice helped her to cope with anxiety and depression, allowing her to flourish with more natural ways of healing her mind and body.

In 2018, she began yoga teacher training at The Studio in Madison, completing 200 hours of yoga teacher training in the summer of 2023.

In February of 2022, she felt guided to gain further knowledge of the power of sound and vibration. Embarking on a new journey that Fall, she completed 60 hours of Sound Healing training through Sound Healers Academy with Susy Schieffelin, graduating in Jan 2023.

She is highly passionate about the innate knowledge that we carry within ourselves, and she loves the practice of breath and body to connect into your own wisdom.

As her knowledge and experience expand around naturally healing the body through sound, yoga, nutrition and reiki, she feels blessed to share these gifts with the world.

Jen looks forward to guiding people on a journey in her classes and workshops that allows them to have a space to safely express themselves and connect to the beauty and beautiful flow within.
