We’ll begin with breathwork to awaken the core and activate your inner fire. Then, drop into a radiant sound bath designed to clear self-doubt, energize your spirit, and reconnect you with your inner strength and purpose.

In this series, we’ll explore each chakra in depth - creating a sacred supportive container to expand your consciousness and knowledge of each chakra. The intention is to empower you on your journey as you develop your own unique road map to greater health & wellness. Each session includes a recalibration of your energy system, guided by Jen using essential oils, alchemized crystal sound bowls and other instruments—culminating in a beautiful 60 minute sound bath designed to restore balance and harmony.
