Join in for this deeply nourishing Valentine’s Day Sound Bath designed to open the heart, soften the body and invite love in all its forms into your body. 

Jen will start with a ceremonial cacao offering, then guide you through gentle movements to help melt tension in the body, cultivate breath awareness and prepare the body to fully receive.  Lastly you’ll settle down into a restorative sound bath featuring alchemized crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle sounds that further calm the mind & body, boost immunity and create space for emotional release & tranquility.  

This experience is an invitation to connect with love—whether shared with a partner, friend or most importantly yourself.  Come as you are and look forward to a practice that will allow you to be deeply held in love. 

A Cacao Ceremony is a ritual gathering to drink raw, brewed cacao with intention and reverence. Intended to promote heart-opening, elevated positive emotions, and clarity, while connecting to yourself, community and the spirit of the cacao plant.

Sound Baths are an immersive experience that allow you to relax deeply as soothing frequencies resonate throughout your body and mind. The singing bowls are made from sacred metals. When played, they attune your energy centers to harmony and promote holistic healing. As you lie comfortably, their gentle sounds will help release tension and emotional blockages.
