We’ll begin by gently awakening the breath and voice through mindful movement and mantra—chanting sacred sound to clear and open the throat. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath designed to release energetic blockages and amplify clarity, resonance, and authentic expression.

In this workshop series, we’ll explore each chakra in depth. Creating a sacred supportive container to expand your consciousness and knowledge of each chakra. The intention is to empower you on your journey as you develop your own unique road map to greater health & wellness.
Each session includes a recalibration of your energy system, guided by Jen using essential oils, alchemized crystal sound bowls and other instruments—culminating in a beautiful 60 minute sound bath designed to restore balance and harmony.
You can expect leaving each session with:
